8 med. potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
Garlic, salt & pepper
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook and mash potatoes. Add rest of ingredients and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Place in greased casserole. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
