COMPANY POTATO CASSEROLE 
9 med. potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 onion, diced
1 can chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Boil potatoes in jackets. Cool and grate. Stir in other ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with buttered corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
