SQUASH - CABBAGE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. sliced squash
3 c. shredded cabbage
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. vinegar
(Juice of 1/2 lime)

Cook squash and cabbage in butter in covered pan for 10 minutes. Add green pepper and cook until tender (covered). Add spices, seasonings and vinegar. NOTE: Be careful not to over cook vegetables.
