CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 egg
1 c. cooked rice
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme (optional)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and mix with 1 1/4 pounds ground beef. Shape into logs and set aside. Chop 1/2 head of cabbage and put in bottom of pan, place meat on top and cover with rest of cabbage.

Combine 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour over meat mixture and simmer until desired consistency. You can blend canned tomatoes and double brown sugar and lemon juice.
