STEAK STRIPS ON RICE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak (cut 1/4 inch thick)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 c. water
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Cut steak into strips about 1/4 x 2 inch. Saute. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes until steak is fork tender. Can add more water as desired. Serve on hot rice. Sauce can be thickened with 1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water
