SAVORY STEAK STRIPS 
1 beef round steak, cut 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can condensed onion soup
1 (2 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 c. dairy sour cream

Cut steak into strip 1/4 inch wide. Combine flour and spices. Dredge strips in seasoned flour. Brown in oil. Pour off drippings. Add soup and sauce to meat. Cover and cook slowly 45 minutes. Add mushrooms and pepper and continue cooking 30 minutes. Stir small amount of steak mixture into cream. Then add to steak and cook until just heated. Serve steak over rice, mashed potatoes, or parsley buttered noodles. Serves 6.
