TERIYAKI STEAK STRIPS | |
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick 1/2 c. A1 steak sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 c. pineapple chunks 2 bell peppers, sliced 2 onions, sliced Partially freeze steak for ease in slicing; thinly slice across grain. In nonmetal bowl combine steak sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; marinate steak and cover and chill for 1 hour. Remove meat from marinade. Thread steak, pineapple, peppers, and onions on skewers. Grill for 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Brush with reserved marinade. |
