TERIYAKI STEAK STRIPS | |
2 lbs. sirloin strips 1 can pineapple juice 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. water 1 tbsp. ginger, ground 1 clove garlic cloves 1 tbsp. pepper, black 2 tbsp. shortening, melted Arrange steak strips in pan. Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic, and pepper to make sauce. Marinate steak strips for 2 hours, turning strips at end of first hour. Preheat pan or grill top lightly, grease with shortening. Pan fry or grill to desired doneness. Add stir fry vegetables as a side dish to add to the appeal of the meal. |
