LEMON SOY SALMON 
3 lbs. salmon
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Handful fresh chopped parsley

Marinade for 2 or 3 hours. Spray grill with Pam. Cook 6-8 minutes each side. Cover with grill top or broil in oven.
