LEMON CAKE SPECIAL 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs

TOPPING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/3 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)

Beat cake ingredients for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in large pan (9 x 13 inch). After it is baked, remove from oven and poke full of holes with long tine fork. While cake is baking, mix the topping and pour over cake while hot.
