PAM'S WILD RICE | |
1 c. wild rice, soak for 1/2 hour, drain 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/3 c. butter 1 c. olives, chopped 1 c. boiling water Lightly saute mushrooms and onions. Mix all ingredients together. Turn into a buttered, glass baking dish. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Remove cover for last 1/2 hour. Stir at this point. |
