OVEN POTATOES 
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
4-5 med. potatoes
Scrubbed & cut into 1-1 1/2 inch cubes

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In 12 x 8 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Combine parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and oil. Blend well. Add potatoes; toss to coat well. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes on paper towels. 4 servings.

Microwave Directions: In 12 x 8 inch (2 quart) microwave safe dish, prepare potatoes as directed above. Microwave on high for 14-18 minutes or until tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Drain potatoes on paper towels.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
