OVEN BEEF HASH 
2 c. finely chopped cooked potatoes
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked beef
1 1/4 c. crushed round crackers (about 32)
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Lightly stir together potatoes, milk, beef, 1 cup crackers, carrot, onion, parsley and seasonings. Turn into 1 1/2 quart dish. Combine remaining crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake covered at 350 degrees until heated through 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
