OVEN FRIED CHICKEN BISQUICK 
1/2 c. mashed potato flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. egg
1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. biscuits

Mix potato flakes, paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. In pie plate beat egg and 1 teaspoon water. Dip chicken in egg mixture then coat with potato flakes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken skin side up in pan. Sprinkle chicken with remaining potato mixture. Bake 40 minutes. Push chicken aside.

On waxed paper mix parsley and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Place biscuits in same pan. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes.
