BANANA BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. water

Mix together well. Add 2 cups fully ripe and crushed bananas. 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg

Add to first mixture, and add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake in 3 (1 pound) greased and floured coffee cans at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. If desired, use 2 loaf pans.
