BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1 lb. chopped pecans
6 ripe bananas

Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients. Stir in pecans and bananas. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, 325 degrees in glass.
