1/2 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Put all in pan and beat. 2 c. plain flour, not sifted 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix in order and baked in greased loaf pan for 1 hour or longer at 325-350 degrees.
