BAKED BRIE 
1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz.)
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Place brie in center of a large ovenproof serving dish. Combine wine and juice and spread over brie. Cover with almonds. Place in 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with French bread rounds. Serves 6-8.
