RHUBARB COBBLER | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 4 stacks rhubarb Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch chunks and spread in bottom of loaf pan. Pack rhubarb into pan, leaving 1/2 inch at the top of pan. Mix cinnamon, sugar and cake mix. Spread over the top of the rhubarb. Slice butter and place on top of mix. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Rhubarb should bubble through the mix. |
