RHUBARB COBBLER 
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 qt. fresh rhubarb
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 to 1 c. sugar

Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces and line bottom of 8x12 inch greased pan; sprinkle sugar over top.

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, oil, milk, and egg and pour over rhubarb. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
