RHUBARB COBBLER 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine the rhubarb, sugar, and soda in a baking dish. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to dry mixture the milk and beaten eggs. Pour batter over the rhubarb and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
