RHUBARB COBBLER | |
3 c. rhubarb, cut up 2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. shortening 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. milk 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Combine rhubarb, sugar and soda in baking dish. Combine dry ingredients. Add to dry mixture the milk and beaten egg. Pour batter over rhubarb and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
