SMOOTH AND CRUNCHY SALAD 
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 med. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3 3/4 oz. pkg. pistachio pudding and pie filling mix
2 c. marshmallows, miniature
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained

Combine pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice in a medium bowl; stir. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and nuts into the pudding mix. Add cherries. Pour into a casserole or mold; chill until set. Serves 4-6.
