CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1/2 c. onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place in casserole dish sprayed with PAM.

Bake 1/2 hour at 350°F. Then crush 1 tube of Ritz crackers and melt 1 stick of butter, mix well and place on top of casserole. Continue baking until brown on top.
