CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & boned
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
2 c. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
Bread or cracker crumbs

Cook and drain all ingredients except soup. Mix and place in casserole. Spread soup over top. Sprinkle on bread or cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
