SHRIMP MOLD 
1/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. plain gelatin, dissolved in hot water
1 can undiluted tomato soup, heated, add to gelatin

Soften 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese and whip. Add 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped very fine. Add tomato soup and 1 cup mayonnaise.

Drain 1 small can shrimp and add to mixture. Coat mold with mayonnaise to prevent sticking, add shrimp mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
