CINNAMON TWIST | |
3-4 refrigerator biscuits 1 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter over low heat. Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl using your hands. Roll each biscuit like a snake to about 8" in length. Twist 2 of the long rolls together. Pinch ends. Cut the twisted roll in half and pinch off ends. Dip each roll in melted butter. Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place in ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in center of oven at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 3 to 4 rolls. HINT: Handle dough quickly or dough will become soft and stick to your hands. |
