CINNAMON TWIST ROLLS
1 loaf Dakota Hearth white bread dough
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar frosting

Thaw and soften dough. Roll dough out to a 16 x 8 inch rectangle. Spread with butter to within 1/2 inch of edge of dough. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough. Fold in half lengthwise and pinch to seal edges. (Dough will then be a 16 x 4 inch rectangle). Cut dough into 16 (1 inch) strips. Hold the ends of each strip and twist tightly. Place into a greased 9 inch square pan (strips will untwist somewhat) making 2 rows of 8 strips each.

Prepare topping by mixing flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over dough. Cover; let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees until done. Cool on wire rack. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting. 9 to 12 servings.
