CANADIAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
3/4 c. Crisco shortening (6 oz.)
1/4 c. butter (2 oz.)
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2-3 oz. crushed walnuts
3 oz. sm. chocolate chips
3 oz. coconut flavor toll house morsels
3 oz. butterscotch flavored morsels

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients together in separate bowl, then mix both together. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Measure batter with ice cream scoop (small) to ensure cookies are of even size.

Use reverse side of cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 11-12 minutes. Yield 18-24 cookies that will not get stale.
