PEA SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 box frozen peas
1 purple onion, sliced or diced
2 c. Colby cheese
Mayonnaise to cover like icing

Cook peas slightly. Layer 1/2 lettuce, 1/2 peas, 1/2 bacon, 1/2 onion, and cover with mayonnaise. Add cheese. Repeat layers a second time.
