BUSY DAY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
6 tsp. corn oil butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. (or less) sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In blender, combine eggs, butter, flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Add coconut, and blend for several seconds more. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie plate or two 8-inch pie plates. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Pie will form its own crust. Makes 6-8 servings.
