2 to 3 med. zucchini
HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Party Dip Mix (dry packet)
1 pt. sour cream

Clean and slice zucchini. Cook in water with 1 teaspoon oregano until just tender. Drain WELL. Combine sour cream and party dip mix. Put in casserole. Add zucchini and stir gently. Grate 1/2 pound of Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and sour cream mixture bubbles (20 to 25 minutes).
