STEVE'S FAMOUS TUNA CASSEROLE | |
Serve cold! 1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni pasta (cooked but cool) 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans Veg-All (or regular mixed veggies) 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn 4 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna or albacore in water (not oil) 1 onion, diced 6 hard boiled eggs (peeled then sliced or diced) 1 (15 oz.) jar Miracle Whip (I use regular, not fat-free) I usually put noodles first in big bowl, drain the water from all cans, break up the tuna so you don't get chunk of tuna on your fork, and mix together with enough Miracle Whip to make everything stick. I don't put any salt or pepper but some people do. For the party, I usually added more tuna or vegetable like extra Veg-All, corns or green beans, and since it's not pretty but it's good I would add a slice of green or red pepper and sliced eggs on the top to make it more eye appealing.
