STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Add frozen strawberries to Jello until thawed. Add 2 small cans of crushed pineapple, fruit and all, 2 large sliced bananas, and 1/2 cup pecans, chopped.

Mix all together. Pour half of mixture into large Pyrex dish. Let it congeal well. Spread 1 cup or more of sour cream over first half of mixture. Add other half of mixture and congeal. Serves 12.
