POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. corn flakes

Thaw potatoes before mixing and pat dry. Mix all ingredients, except last two, together. Pour into well greased 9"x13" baking dish. Toss 1/4 cup melted butter and crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
