BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. cauliflower florets
2 c. hard cooked eggs (diced)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar

Cook bacon over medium heat. Crumble and set aside. In a medium sized salad bowl, layer in order broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, cheese and bacon. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the sugar, mayo and vinegar.

Drizzle over top and serve.
