1 medium head cauliflower 3 or 4 bunches broccoli 4 hard-boiled eggs 8 oz. box sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing powder Cheddar cheese Mix sour cream with mayonnaise. Add dry powder mix. Mix well. Add to washed and cut up cauliflower and broccoli. Toss. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. | |
