WHOLE WHEAT BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
3 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. oil 1 c. milk 1 pt. blueberries Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add slightly beaten egg, oil, and milk. Stir in 1 pint blueberries. Dough should be thick. Fill muffins cups half-full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
