“TERIYAKI MEATBALLS” IS IN:

TERIYAKI MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sauce:

1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Roll into meatball size (or for party hors d'oevres, 120 tiny bite-size meatballs). Sauté meatballs until brown.

When ready to serve, drain well and heat in the sauce.

These may be prepared, browned and frozen in advance.
