GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. minced garlic

Brown together.

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 lb. pasteurized cheese

Mix and heat until cheese melts.

1 pkg. green onion dip mix
1 sm. can green chilies
1 sm. jar pimentos

Add to browned meat mixture.

Soften tortillas in heated oil. Fill each tortilla with meat. Roll and place in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over tortillas and cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
