STUFFED MUSHROOMS ITALIANO 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
1/4 c. Wishbone Italian or Caesar dressingc. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Remove and finely chop mushroom stems. Combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped mushroom stems in medium bowl. Fill each mushroom cap with bread crumb mixture, arrange in shallow baking dish. Add water to barely cover bottom of dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes about 24.
