CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 1/2 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles and place them in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
