SAUSAGE AND EGG BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 pkg. 16 oz. Regular Roll Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 can Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 cup Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
3 tbsp. Sweet Red Bell Pepper, diced
3 tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, diced
3 tbsp. Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
5 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press crescent rolls together to form crust and seal perforations. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over crust. Top with potatoes and diced bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake 375°F 25-30 minutes or until crust is browned and eggs are set.

Makes 1 pizza.

Yields 6-8 servings.
