SPEEDY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can cream of celery soup
garlic to taste
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (uncooked)

Brown ground beef. Stir in flour and garlic and then gradually stir in beef broth, stirring until mixture thickens. Cook egg noodles; drain. Slowly blend sour cream into meat mixture, heating thoroughly (don't boil). Serve stroganoff over hot noodles.

Serves 4.
