FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
12 oz. fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp. butter
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sweet basil
Dash Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly to desired thickness. Add more Parmesan cheese if necessary. Cook Fettuccine as directed on package. Pour sauce over pasta; mix well and serve immediately. Serves 4.

I have made this many times and except for calories and cholesterol it is great. I like to saute a couple of chicken breasts, cut them in strips and add to fettuccine just before serving.
