FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
Fettucini Alfredo is an indulgent and creamy pasta dish that will satisfy your cravings for comfort food. This classic Italian recipe starts with melted butter and heavy cream, which are combined to form a rich and silky sauce. Grated Parmesan cheese is added in to give the dish its signature flavor, while salt, white pepper, and chopped parsley add an additional depth of flavor. 1/4 lb. butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
White pepper
Chopped parsley
1/2 lb. pasta - preferably fettucini, cooked and drained

Melt butter; add cream. Heat over low heat until mixture is hot to touch. Stir in cheese and continue heating until well blended. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with salt, white pepper, and parsley.
