FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/4 fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fresh pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a saucepan heat butter and cream just before draining the pasta. Add Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture stirring lightly. Pour cream and cheese mixture over the drained pasta. Toss and serve. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper. Easy.
