| BANANA SPLIT CAKE (NO BAKE) | |

1 stick melted butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 c. confectioners' sugar 2 eggs 2 sticks butter 5 or 6 bananas 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 lg. container Cool Whip Chopped nuts and cherries Mix the first 2 ingredients in bottom of dish like a crust. Beat confectioners' sugar, eggs and 2 sticks butter in electric mixer for 5 or 6 minutes or until fluffy. Pour this mixture over crust. Arrange bananas and pineapple over mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Decorate with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate. | |

Finally I found a long lost recipe for this scrumptious dessert! Love just these ingredients with a little vanilla extract in the butter batter! Tried the one with cream cheese and it just did not set up! Never again! This recipe right here will be my go to! Making it today to enjoy all 4th of July weekend long!
