BANANA SPLIT SNACK CAKE 
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 medium banana, mashed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 - 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. cherries, quartered

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, banana and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Add walnuts. Spread evenly into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and cherries.

Bake 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

Makes 24 - 30 bars.
