TROPICAL FRUIT PIE 
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar (1 tsp. at a time)
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

FILLING (FRESH) :

Banana
Peaches
Mango
Papaya
Pineapple
Kiwi
Etc.

TOPPING:

Whipped cream

Beat egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add 1 cup sugar, beating sugar 1 teaspoon at a time. Then slowly add the remaining 4 ingredients. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Cool. Fill with cut fresh fruit. Serve cold. Top with whipped cream.
